I am 21 years old I have some fat in the chest from 12 yrs. How can I reduce the fat in the chest .I read somewhere it is caused due to imbalance of hormone levels of testosterone .Then what should I do. How can I increase testosterone levels or is there any natural methods to decrease the fat. Or should I undergo any surgery.

You seem to be having gynaecomastia or commonly male breast. It develops during puberty with production of oestrogen in addition to testosterone. If it does not settle by 17 to 18 years of age treatment is surgical procedure of liposuction with or without gland excision under local anaesthesia without hospital admission.
