To have a flat abdomen you have to exercise every day. There are no particular food which can change the shape of the stomach. Eat a balanced diet and include lots of green salads and fruits. Avoid junk food and all bad habits. You can also go to a gym and work out under the expert guidance of a certified gym instructor.
