My 4 years old daughter vomiting two to three times no fever is there . Please help what to do

Please look whether or not child is having any yellowish discoloration of skin or eyes or urine, also check whether child has passed stools or not, is there any abdominal distension or is there is pain abdomen. If answer to all these qustions is no chances of seious health issues are less. Then you can use antiemetics and antacids for few days as prescribed by a pediatrician.
