Hi , yellow spots on the gum level towards the tooth must be calculus. Calculus is formed due to accumulation of plaque. It cannot be removed by brushing. You need to visit a dentist to get ultrasonic scaling (cleaning) done for healthy gums and a beautiful smile. If the spots are on the tooth surface it might be stains. Please visit a dentist for an evaluation for a better diagnosis.
