Usually lymphoma presents as painful enlargement of one or more painless lumps (one or more groups of enlarged lymph nodes). Sometimes there is associated high grade fever with rigors and weight loss. These are called b symptoms. A biopsy is needed to confirm diagnosis and know which type of lymphoma.
