Yes Mr. lybrate-user. There is a good chance of getting not only HIV but also Hep B and Syphills too. If there is Oral, esophageal and gastric complications like ulcers. All most all body fluids contain virus but genital secretions like semen and secretions of female genital tract got high concentrations relatively and will enter the body through mucosal surfaces and compromised skin.
