Hi there, As I realized my body fat is increasing, I started exercise like 30 mins jogging and running. Then some small exercises like sit ups, crunches, skipping etc. For about a week and truly I don't realized any change in my body, it's still as fatty (belly fat, thigh fat, and chest fat too). So please suggest me any medicines, food and other eatable to reduce fat. Any medicine simply available in Delhi. Because I'm tired of exercises but still not getting any result Thanks!
