Hi, during pregnancy these types of emotional disturbances and sleeplessness are common. Due to hormonal changes. Try to learn some yoga and meditation. Go for a walk in fresh air everyday. Try to lie down in the afternoons for two hoursSoon these things will disappear in few weeks.
