Her inability to conceive should be a worry when needed for the present pl use a condom to prevent an accidental preg and consequent need for abortion if the time/circumstances not right. You are putting her at risk by not using contraception.

Which time is safe when I will doing sex without protection before and after of my menstruation cycle And I am free from chances of pregnancy? Please give me a satisfactory answer,

MD
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
The fertile period in regular cycles is from day 12 to 17 however there are variations which cannot be predicted. By rule 4-5 days after day 5 and day 19 to 26 of the period can by considered safe but there are NO GUARANTEES.

Hi, She is mother of Girl child of 15 months. Breast feeding is still continuing. She alone has to move to another town for one week to write the exam. Is there any problem in continuing the breast feeding after a week, since no breast feeding for a week? Is breast feeding is healthy after a week of gap?

If she stops for aweek there may be congestion and then she needs to express it out and may be freeeze it for fitire use (safe practice allover the world) ai 15mths the baby gets hardly any nutrition from mouther and it gives rise to irregular periods, bites on the breast, the child restless without nursing, irregularity in the childs teeth stc so it may not be really advantageous to mother or baby to contiue feeds.

To establish an early preg an early usg is needed, to be able to check the baby growth etc 12/13 weeks is ideal.

Having a thing about NORMAL delivery ONLY is a misconception. Pl remember you are bringing an individual to life and if there is any compromise to that for avoiding a csection it is not fair to the child as amother. Pl also know that you are the only one who can bring your child into this world not your husband. Hence if the gyn conditionare normal there is no harm in going for a vaginal delivery.

You need afertility mgt with induction of ovulation which should be monitored hence see a gyn as waiting is unlikely to give results as desired.

Mild cough will not harm the baby. Pl take grilinctus 1tsp 3 times and see your gyn in case there iis infection. Occasi urination with stress is not uncommon if it is frequent you need mgt.
