Hello, Technically having soya or its products after milk isn't a good idea, since it contains good amount of inhibitors which might interfere in protein absorption. Instead having soy milk is a better choice.

Dear lybrateuser, -You can have soyabeans after sometime after drinking milk, cook the beans properly as uncooked cause flatulence, stomach upset & sometimes pain.
