Hi, My husband had got operated for piles 6 days ago. He was given anaesthesia twice at his back bone before operation. After the operation was done, we were not guided properly by the doc. About the lifting of head for 24 hours because of the anaesthesia given. He was having difficulty in urinating lying on the bed so he stood up several times at night after the surgery in order to urinate. In the morning severe headache and heaviness in his head started which has continued till today. I'm worried about him now. He is still hospitalized and doctors are giving him injections for headache with no effect. Will this side effect go away? He is not able to lift his head. Doc. Has advised to give him alot of water and liquids which will help in reducing medicine's effect. But I want second opinion. Please help.

Please give him Nux vom 30 - every one hours interval upto three doses in a row. This can again be repeated after 2 hours in same manner if required till the time he is awake. This medicine has got no side effect and you can maintain a gap of 10-15 minutes with the Allopathic medicines.
