Dear lybrateuser, -You can have a teaspoon of ghee daily & do regular exercise to consume the calories partaken , more of it can lead to increase in weight & blood cholesterol as it is a saturated fat, ghee is a source of vitamins A & E & helps in digestion & strengthening the immune system.

Taking ghee daily is good for your health. It will.make your haors shiny and skin glow.Making your.brain.more active but you need to do workout daily. Like brisk walking, yoga,aerobics.
