Hello Docs, I get tanned very quickly like it takes 10 days to remove 1 hour sun tan. So I wanna know what precautions should I take. I was using lakhme sun protector spf30 but it makes me sweat a lot and look more tanned when I used. So I want to know good tan removal products or ways and tan protection too. Thank you in Advance.
