My right and left side's 2nd molar teeth has decayed and affected by cavity and its affecting other teeth too and right side's upper 2nd molar teeth is decayed too shall I just remove or recap this.

Hello Arihaanth, It depends on the xray, the depth of the caries in your teeth. If caries has effected only the enamel,and dentin then you can get your teeth restored.If it involves the pulp then RCT can be done. If enough tooth structure is present then RCT can be done and tooth can be saved. If root stumps are left then you may need them to be removed.
