Hi, before washing hair, apply coconut oil and gently massage. You can do this previous night. Don't use anti dandruff shampoo at all. Use mild shampoo and conditioner. Take medicines tab scalptone by sbl 4 tabs to be chewed thrice a day for 1mth and revert back for further treatment. Use arnica hair"&" scalp shampoo wash hair with this shampoo twice a week *use arnica hair treatment oil apply this oil previous day on to the scalp and hair and wash with shampoo
