I'm 34 years old female, suffering with left leg pain from 1 month. I have used ultracet pain killer tablets, gives relief for 12 hours (maximum. I am getting pain when walking, but not on sitting. Cannot able to stand after sitting /sleeping. Some times back pain. I go for X-ray, but it is normal. I don't understand whether it is muscular /bone pain. Please give me the guidance to get relive permanently. please Plz.Plz. Help me. Thank you.

Apply hot fomentation Do calf muscles stretching Do ankle pumps Take care of your posture Avoid slouched posture while sitting, keep your back straight & keep a cushion or pillow to support lower back area while sitting Avoid long standing Avoid bending forward for lifting objects from floor Do general aerobic exercises

Hi lakshmi, it may be muscle injury or tendon injury. Start eyes fomentation and start taking these medicines 1. Bellis per 200 2. Ruta 200 3. Arnica 200 all three medicines, 5 -5 drps from each in half cup of water, thrice a day.
