Hi meditation is good for relaxation and concentration. It helps to focus better and also controls anger and other emotions. There are different types of meditation. You can try on youtube. Specifically there are video by mindah lee kumar. You will find them very helpful.

Hi dear, just try to feel your breathing pattern initially. Meditation is the last step in ashtang yoga. Dharan dhyaan samaadhi (meditation) deep inhaling & deep exhaling is the best way to destress urself. Listen to om chants, gayatri mantra. Thanx.
