Dear friend, as you urself is saying that you r physically fit but you r feeling sleeplessness and tiredness, means you need mental calmness. Mental peace is achieved by yoga & ayurveda. Do deep breathing practice naadi shuddhi regularly do bhramri pranayam there r very effective ayurvedic medicines available in the market for boosting brain functioning and calmness and moreover, these ayurvedic medicines don't have any side effect at all. Sir, I am 40 yrs, 5"2 H, 38 Kg weight, I am suffering from Type 2 diabetes uncontrolled. I take Creon 25000. 3/day. And take 12 U longterm insulin. Kindly suggest me to increase my weight. As I limit my Carb & fat. another suppl. Can't suite me & there is constipation problem with me. So can I take high calories & some fat or any other suppl. So I can increase my weight. My Dr. Suggest me Penta-sure 2.0 but it not suit me. Kindly give me suggest to medicine or other way to increase my weight. Thank you.

Hi dear, just try to feel your breathing pattern initially. Meditation is the last step in ashtang yoga. Dharan dhyaan samaadhi (meditation) deep inhaling & deep exhaling is the best way to destress urself. Listen to om chants, gayatri mantra. Thanx.

Hi dear friend, apply ayurvedic oil on your knee joint and do yoga exercises for knee. Do knee cap tightening by proper synchronization wd breathing inhale & tight your knee cap exhale & relax your knee cap you can feel it by putting your hands on your knee joints. Hi dear friend, as already prescribed by my dietitian friend, take care of your diet and follow diet chart properly. Diabetes is a life style disorder, so it can easily be maintained by adopting yogic and holistic life style. Do brisk walking start doing yoga regularly do mandukasana, vakrasana, ardha kati asana and pranayam you can also start taking ayurvedic medicines which r having great results on diabetes thanx.
