My father is 65 year old few weeks back he suffered from fever and palettes count was 67000 (all tests are normal) gradually it increased to 1.4 lacks but today when we checked it went down to 75000. What is the cause any thing to worry.

Yes it could be due to heavy antibiotics/paracetamol etc. Please check with your doc tor for that.

Watch out for bleeding in urine, stool or discharges, repeat cbc, bt, ct, pt, sgpt, sgot, urine, stool, body continuously produces platelets. Low platelets with bleeding is dangerous, that is why we need to monitor clinically as well as laboratically. Consult sos.
