I'm 24 years male, unmarried ,single, im having nightfall for 3 times in a single month ,i'm very concerned about it, this problem I can't able to share with any of my family members when I suffer from nightfall I have constant fear that it is decreasing my sperms and it's count. It is slowing down my brain. Reduces my testosterone level. All these types of thoughts comes to mind how to stop it (nightfall) is my frequency of nightfall is ok or abnormal.
