I always feel weak and fatigue all the time. I eat mess food in hostel a lot and also exercise daily. Still I feel like that. Suggest me something.

Have lemonade daily empty stomach in morning with a teaspoon of honey it it. Eat salads before meals. Have at least one fruit daily. You may also take 1 teaspoon of alfa alfa syrup twice a day. It will be available in homoeopathic stores.
