Hi, in general, a woman's fertile window is the day of ovulation (usually 12 to 16 days before the menstrual period begins) and the five days preceding it. For the average woman that occurs somewhere between days 10 and 17 who have normal 28 days of menstrual cycle. Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14. Remember the'fertile window' is the six days leading up to and including ovulation. The three days leading up to and including ovulation are the most fertile. Try to have unprotected sex during this time to get pregnant again.
