I need some suggestions on protein snacks. I see protein bar, peanut candy etc. What are the other protein snacks readily available in the market? Can we eat them as snacks. Will it control excess hunger? Do they have any side effects?

Protein 1 to 2 gram per kg body weight daily will not do too much harm. But carbs and fats should be minimum. Don't go after flavours if they contain too much energy. Sugar free ones are best also take into consideration dietary protein. It does help in controlling hunger combination with diet and exercise will act better. Not too much side effects unless you have kidney disease.

Hello, no can not take any of them, to control hunger. Take sattu, to control excess hunger and it will also help to reduce weight loss.
