Hello. My friend, Dilshad had undergone psychiatric treatment and counselling due to anxiety disorder. He still now feels as if he is not right or he is sick. He was talking today with me and said that he feels that his days are counted now. I know its just because of his anxiety disorder but I am really worried about him.

Ask him to seek help more from counseling in tandem with the psychiatrist's help. There are so many things to learn in life and coping mechanisms that the mere use of medicines will not suffice. The combination os these two therapies will definitely help sort out these dilemmas. If it is not effective then have him change counselors or doctors to see what works with him best. He is not talking in a healthy manner when he says that his days are counted. If he has discussed this with his counselor, surely they will want for him to do more intense work.
