I am20 year old male I am suffering from knee pain since 2 months and now it is more pain full and now days itisuncontrollable.

Start strech your calf muscles of both knees and also strech your quads muscles also, then followed by strengthening. Also go in for hot water and cold water fermentation for your knee alternatively each for about 3 min and totally for about 10 min do this as frequently as possible as you can.
