I am 16 years old, I have had a fever, body aches, nausea, and headache since yesterday, yesterday I also had extreme chest pain and today i?m very lightheaded and my heart rate is going fast with the same symptoms as before but the chest pain is not as bad.

Difficult to comment about your chest complaints. For fever body pain etc you are advised to take adequate rest, plenty of liquid intake, paracetamol tablets 500 mg 3-4 times in a day. Acidity capsules like pan d may also be useful. If complaints don't subside within 2 days consult your physician for proper clinical examination, investigations if necessary, possible diagnosis and further medication.
