It's been more then 2 or 3 days i'm having dizziness tired eyes so I check my bp and got to know my pulse rate is high. actually i'm suffering from upper back and mid pain pain in right side from last one and half month. I don't know pulse high cuz of it or any other reason. My bp is normal and pulse high. I'm diabetic type 2 also having stress also cuz of pain. Kindly advise.
