My age is 19 and i'm male and my health is okay but don't exercise and I don't do any physical exercise and i'm very lazy, I always lay in bed whole day without any physical activity can I take omega 3 plus multivitamin supplement? If yes then in which quantity and in how many doses and will it harm my body if I don't do enough physical activity.

For such young age why do you wanna depend on supplements. You can be healthy by normal diet plan and regular exercise.
