Hi lybrate-user. You should go with good quality protein like milk and milk product, chicken, soya bean. Eat 4 boil egg / week. For refreshing your body can take sprouts, ginger or turmeric (curcuma longa). Everyday intake any two fruits like banana or guava or orange or apple or pomegranate. Thanks.
