I am feeling very ill for the last 10 days and also I am thinking alot. I am having ear infection with dizziness and migraine. Also doc said that I also have kidney infection and after that my both testicles pains sometime. I am having almost daily nightfalls also when I wakeup in the morning with erection I saw my testicles are not horizontal they are like a tilt or vertical a bit I was too confused and still thinking what is happening to me I am still 19 year old help me docs please help. Laso I do not know how to send reports to the docs like I do not know how to use Lybrate cuz I am not from india.
