Having dizziness and vomiting midnight between 2-3 am since 1 month but earlier I use to get giddiness once in a while since last 6-8 months. I have diagnosed with below list of lab test but doctor couldn't find the root cause. 1. Ent- audiometry test and physical examined- confirmed no vertigo. 2. Ophthalmologist-eye are normal. 3.cardiology -tmt and echo - confirmed all normal. 4. Neurology - brain and spine mri done - confirmed no problem with brain and vertigo. 5.gastroenterology- endoscopy done, no problem with gastric issues. 6. General physician - all blood test done, all vitamin and other results are correct, since last 6 month managing with diet ,if I skip dinner it all we be all ok, if I have dinner or any light masala food I will get nausea dizziness and vomiting in midnight (only for dinner) if I have spicy food for lunch nothing will happen it happens only for dinner.

Consider a change in diet and a change in dinner timing. Do not lie down before 3 hours of taking dinner. Take a mall stroll for 10 minutes after dinner. All these simple strategies may give a lot of relief.
