Hello sir, my cousin is suffering from piles (grade 3 )want to take softovac as he saw online one senior doctor recommended to take 2 times a day. Evening 5 pm and morning (may be after food) so shall he take 2 times a day or just 1 time before bed? Stool is not soft and getting frequently in a day. He is suffering from lots of pain and discomfort at the moment. Please help.
