Hello Dr. my question is that what are the basic tips and weight loss plan actually after 4 months of DNC my tummy and thigh area are increasing slightly but I want to stay slim n fit pls help kindly reply thank you.

Hi lybrate-user acc to your height your wt should be 58-63 kgs. To reduce tummy start doing abdominal crunches, drink atleast 3 ltrs water/ day, also start running, for thighs do squats n lunges.
