Is it ok to substitute breakfast and dinner protein shake as diet. I've been taking protein shake instead of breakfast and dinner to lose weight. Does it have any long term or short term effects. What should I do. But still I feel very hungry after taking that and I feel like I don't have energy to do work and easily get feeling weak and due to this can't work for long time.

For our cells of the body to work we require fats carbohydrates as well as proteins in right quantities as per body weight and so I will suggest you to take protein shake but also follow few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.
