I went to get a herpes simplex 1 igg test and I tested positive. I do not know when I got it or if its on the mouth or genitals as I have never in my life shown any symptoms and never had an outbreak before. Can I still pass the virus on without having ever seen no symptoms and also if im about to have a life long partner, do I need to make them aware of this situation?
