I sleep well. Walk on every morning on a daily basis. And drink about 7 glass of water daily. And presently I am not going through any mental stress. Yet suddenly I am having this dark circles under my eyes. What should I do?

Hello lybrate-user, you can try these- 1. Getting restful and uninterrupted night-time sleep (7-8 hours) 2. Don't over sleep (more than 8 hours) 3. Wear a sunscreen under the eyes when stepping out in the sun. 4. Use a pair of sunglasses and a concealer, if required. 5. Get iron and protein rich diet. 6. If blood test indicates iron deficiency take iron suppliments with the advise of your general physician. 7. Do destressing exercises like mindfulness meditation or yoga. I hope this helps you.
