Hello lybrate-user, you can use any position, keep soft pillow while sitting. To recover from haemorrhoids use home remedy like niranjan fal which is dry fruit. You have to soak this fruit overnight in a glass of water, have that water in morning empty stomach. See results in as week. Do holistic proper treatment of 3 months so that recurrence should not be there.
