How to get our body well shape for eg. Muscular body without any exercise or any protein supplement is there any method is there I request you suggest that one to me.

Dear lybrateuser, -to get your body into shape & to become muscular you have to combine diet & exercise in a proper way, there is no other method without these two components to build your body. -increase your protein intake by having eggs, lean meats like fish, chicken, milk, paneer, soya products, yoghurt, nuts, beans & pulses -do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, skipping with 2-3 days of weight training for 30 min a day gradually increase it to one hour a day.
