Hi I am anil jangra and 20 years old my question-Will vitamin D save my life? Should I really betaking four times the recommended daily dose?

Has your vitamin d level been checked? is it found to be below normal level? nobody needs vitamin d 4 times a day as regular doses. Vitamin d is naturally synthesized in body in sunlight and is a fat soluble vitamin also available from animal fats. It is stored in the body to last for more than 6 months. Unnecessary consumption of vitamin d may be harmful to the body as it causes toxicity.
