Constant urge to pee during the day which is not the case at night. I sleep well at night .this is happening since 2-3 days. No diabetes or any health issues.

You might have a mild uti /ureteric stoneif its associated with any burning or pain. Please get a urine r/m test done with first morning sample of urine. If alls clear, it may be due to weakened pelvic floor muscles. There are simple exercises which can be done to help you at this stage.
