From last 5-6 days I am feeling needle pinch and severe pain during pee and because of this pain I am feeling abdominal cramps as well.

PAin while peeing, could be due to urinary tract infection. Drink lots of water, and get urine checked from a pathology lab. If there is signs of infection, consult a doctor who can presecribe medicines
