There is no cure for eczema as it is a chronic condition. In children, however, symptoms improve on their own as they get older. There are certain treatments that help in reducing the symptoms of itchy skin, and dry skin. Treatment for atopic eczema are: use moisturizers every day to stop skin from getting dry, use creams and ointments to reduce swelling and redness. Use bandages or special body suits for proper body healing.
