Calcium tablets will not help in stopping bleeding gums. You need professional cleaning of your teeth and learn proper brushing tecniques from a nearby dentist.

Kindly get routine scaling and prophylaxis of teeth done asp. Bigger gum disease might be prevented by yearly cleaning of gums and teeth. Daily brushing with fluoridated toothpaste is recommended. Thanks.
