Hello, desk job has this problem where people tend to gain weight. If possible, move around, take a casual walk or just climb up the stairs in between if at all possible. For exercises, here are a few. 1. Lie down straight, put your hands back and bring your upper body forward, trying to touch your head to your knees and hands to your toes. It's a form of crunches, you can repeat from 10 to 25 times. 2. Lie down straight, with both legs together, raise them up, at 90 degrees, and down (without touching your heels to the floor) continue 5 to 10 times. 3. You can do 7 sets of surya namaskar 4. Sit ups 20 times these will make your tummy toned.
