Kindly cut down your sugar, salt, tea intake. Take more liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal, veggie soup, salad in your diet. Take barley, corn flour in your diet, take less wheat flour & rice in your diet. Dont eat after 8 pm at night.Take 1 tsf of triphala in half a glass of hot water at bed time regularly. Take varanadi kshayam, 30 ml, in half a glass of warm water before meals, twice a day. do regular stretches and brisk walking for at least 30 mins daily. Drink 3.5 to 4 liters of water a day.
