I have dry skin. Currently I'm in hyderabad and hyderabad water is not suitable to me. What I need to do to get ride of dry skin.

Hello, please use mild soaps for bath like dove or pears and for face, use a mild cleanser like cetaphil or moiz as facewash twice a day. Apply elovera or venusia moisturiser immediately after bath and in evening. Avoid hot water baths. Use sunscreen like photostable prior to sun exposure.

You should use a good moisturiser at least twice a day to take care of dry skin. Avoid use of harsh soaps.
