Hello mujhe sans nhi araha h kya problem h during workout I feel vomiting and jab mere gala sukh jada h to v vomiting jesa feel hota h kuchh khata time like boil khana to v vomiting feel hota h and mine big muscle ka protien at least 5 kg khaliya hu lekin koi effect nhi aya h bas yhi problem hora h sir vomiting please help me to stop this vomiting.
