I'm having sprouts of kala chana and moong in breakfast since last two and half months daily. Is it harmful to consume daily. Somebody said that it might lead to increase in uric acid in my body. Is it true. And recently I diagnosed deficiency in vitamin d so suggest something regarding vitamin d deficiency.

Do not worry Mr. lybrate-user.200g channa is around 20 g of protein. Which is one third of your protein recommendation. Uric acid is formed if you exceed your daily recommendation over some months. And for vit d, it's best to get supplements. As it's not easily available in food and you can't get enough sun to get the required amount.
