Bleeding gums are sign of infection. Go for scaling n polishing. For temporary relief, brush twice daily followed by use of mouthwash. Reduce your frequency of food intake to 3-4 times a day. Gargle with water forcefully after you eat or drink anything.

Bleeding in gums is definitely due to infection. Along with scaling you need to change your brush type and brushing method i. E. If you are brushing harshly with hard bristle tooth brush it will definitely cause trauma to the inflamed gums. After you finished with your scaling i. E.
