Hi, my girl is 2 years 10 months old. We were up hills in snow and it was chilled weather. I gave my child half teaspoon of black rum on 24th jan. She complained of abdominal pain yesterday (26th jan) many times and slept while we wre traveling from hills to delhi. On the way back, she started vomited approx 5-6 times and we gave powergyl 3 ml. After that also, she vomited and we gave ondem 3 ml and then slept last night comfortably. Now today after light breakfast, she complained of little abdominal pain just. Should we give ondem or powergyl or is there any additional medicine that you would recommend?

For vomiting you can give your child ondem. Do not give powergyl syrup as it is a antibiotic and is not needed in the case. Most probable cause of the childs illness is cold weather in which children get ill very fast. You need to tell me the weight of the child so that I can prescribe medicines in proper dosage.
